Fill Delay On Setpoint

This is the amount of time before the fill conveyor starts after the  Binidicator at the top of the dryer is released from corn and call for refill of dryer. You To set adequate amount of time on this timer so that a volume of wet grain is moved out of the dryer before the fill equipment starts. This prevents the fill equipment from starting and stopping in a rapid refill. Note: You should observe the rate of refill so that wet fill equipment is able to replace this amount of grain as well as the amount of grain that is being discharged from the dryer. Improper time value would not allow the fill equipment to ever satisfy the Bindicator therefor giving a false indication that you are out of wet grain. Observe this on initial startup and in most cases the delay on time will not again, need to be changed.

Fill Off Delay Setpoint

This is the time set for the fill equipment to shut off after the Bindicator is satisfied (submersed in grain) This time is set to assure that the wet garner on the dryer is getting as full as possible again trying to manage the length of time.  The fill equipment will be stopping and starting. Note: The fill process should be observed on initial start up so that there is not too much time on this time that will allow pressure up on the roof of the dryer as well to allow enough room in the garner after fill equipment. Shuts off to empty the leg when feed conveyor stops.

Out of Wet Grain Timer

This time is a determined or observed time that is takes for the wet Fill conveyor to refill the dryer each time it cycles for wet grain. The time set here should be a sum total of the typical refill time and then an additional 5 minutes. This total time then  Will when expired, indicate that you are out of wet grain. The maximum time that can be set here is 20 minutes DM Sampler Cleanout Timer. It is important that the rotary Dryer Master sampler box be Purged empty each time the metering and takeaway conveyor stop. This time should be a  Sum total of the Takeaway cleanout time and an additional 30 seconds as this time runs  Simultaneous with the takeaway cleanout timer therefor is will need to be set at slightly more time.
