Takeaway Cleanout
Dry takeaway Cleanout Setpoint: is the set number of seconds required to clean out the customer auxiliary discharge conveyor after metering has stopped.
DM Sampler Cleanout Timer: is the set number of seconds required to clean out the DryerMaster rotary sampler. This is required so grain is not left in sampler above rotary feeder.
Discharge
Minimum Discharge Setpoint: is the minimum % discharge speed allowed for the metering system. This is a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) and there is a minimum speed that the motor is specified to run to provide adequate cooling of the motor.
Maximum Discharge Setpoint: is the maximum speed that is set for the metering system to operate. This feature allows the dryer to be set for any downstream conveyor that may not be able to handle the maximum discharge capacity of the dryer.
